Content providers usually impose security requirements for the distribution of their content to the TV operators. Selecting the optimal approach can have a big impact on the investment cost.
DRM Integration
NetSolution server acts as a central authority for license entitlement approval. Integration with the DRM system is done either on “pull” or “push” principle. This protects the content against unauthorized access along the selected distribution path.
Should the content still be redistributed illegally (e.g. by screen or cam capture) the fingerprinting or watermarking methods can be applied to identify the source of the leak.
Token Content Security
When DRM is not needed, but some level of content or streaming service protection still required, NetSolution can provide a solution by applying a token-based security with either internal or external token generators.
