On Thursday, November 28, the 1st Media Technology Leadership Forum with the theme “Ecosystem of the Future” was held in Hotel Hills Sarajevo, organized by the company Net Solution.
The goal of this year’s forum was the exchange of knowledge and experience among experts from companies that are market leaders and the timely recognition of trends in the IPTV/OTT industry of telecommunications and digital technologies.
Through seven interactive presentations, the organizers focused on the ecosystems of the future and together with experts from the industry tried to find answers to the questions – what is this industry today, where will it be in the future and what are the global trends?
“Considering that in our region there are no events from the industry we deal with with a primary technical theme, we decided to start one such event in Sarajevo. That’s how we came to the 1st Media Technology Leadership Forum, and we were supported by partner companies that are also participants forum,” said Jasmin Zulčić, director of the Net Solution company and organizer of the forum.
At the forum, the participants had the opportunity to listen to the presentations of Bosnian companies – Net Solution and BH Telecom, as well as guest speakers: Hrvatski Telekom (Iskon) from Croatia, Appear from Norway, Verimatrix from the USA, Broadpeak from France and Skyworth from China.
On a break from professional topics, the organizer also prepared a presentation of “success stories” that do not come from this industry to the participants of the forum. Thus, all present had the opportunity to listen to an inspiring presentation by Tomislav Cvitanušić, a well-known Bosnian triathlete, marathon runner and alpinist.
